How quickly can you get my order to me?
We offer a 24-hour service, where available in the mainland UK. For more info, see our
Delivery Page. If you urgently need your order before a specific time, please email us beforehand to confirm.
What methods of payment do you accept?
We accept most major credit/debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, JCB, Solo, Switch & Maestro). At present, we unfortunately do not accept American Express.
Is your site safe?
All payments are processed securely online by a company called SecureTrading using the most up to date security measures available. We do not store your card details in any form. When you checkout you should see (depending on your browser) a padlock/key icon in either the status bar at the bottom of the window, or next to the address bar for some users. Notice that the address also starts with https://. These two checks tell you that your computer has made a secure connection with our payment company.
My size isn't shown - will you get more in?
As a clearance website, we sell end of line clothing; this means that we can give you great savings and deals across a wide range of brands. Being end of line, the stock is no longer manufactured by the brands and we are unfortunately unable to back-order any stock shown. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause.
How long will it take for my order to get here?
If you're in a rush, simply select "24 Hour" as your shipping method at checkout to receive your order the next working day (Tuesday for orders placed over the weekend and after 1pm on Fridays, excluding bank holidays). Otherwise for orders in the mainland UK, it's typically around 3-4 working days. Some areas and postcodes are subject to a small delay (see our
delivery page for more details).
What if I'm not at home when the courier gets here?
We use both Home Delivery Network and Royal Mail to despatch our items. For either service you should be left a card informing you how to book a re-delivery. For Home Delivery Network shipments, you can book a delivery the next working day before 10pm. For Royal Mail items, your parcel is normally held at your local post office.
Can I have my order delivered to my work/children/neighbour/invisible friend's address?
Of course, we can ship to pretty much anywhere within the UK. Simply fill in your details as normal in the Cardholder Details part of the checkout, and enter where you'd like your item sent to in the delivery address.
What happens if part of my order is out of stock?
From time to time this can happen - should this be the case, we'll email you to tell you what's out of stock and send the rest of your order as normal.
