

We hope you are pleased with your on-line purchase, but if for some reason you need to return an item this must be done within 7 days of purchase for a full refund.
Any items which are returned must be received back at our mail order department new and unused, with original packaging & labels attached in a re-saleable condition. Please be aware that in order to comply with Health & Safety regulations any faulty items should be returned for assessment free from mud and dirt. We regret that we are unable to process items that do not meet with these criteria.
For all returns, please mark your order number clearly on the outside of your returned package
If you are returning a faulty item carriage will be refunded . We strongly recommend you use a recorded/insured delivery service as we regret that we cannot be held responsible for goods lost in transit.
Please note that if you require goods to be sent out in exchange, we do make a further carriage charge.
Refunds to payments made via PayPal are subject to PayPal account charges. These charges are made to the account receiving the payment by PayPal and are not reimbersable by Flipped 24.
